<li>Sales Meetings – group and individual as needed</li>
<li>Product out -  Inspect daily</li>
<li>Meet with F &amp; I manager – establish priorities</li>
<li>Check for any new programs with OEM&#8217;s</li>
<li>All used units ready for sale – schedule repairs if needed</li>
<li>Pending deliveries or dealer trades – take action</li>
<li>One-on-one lip loading with sales team &#8211; make sure they understand today&#8217;s message</li>
<li>Turn Downs and Turned Us Down (Closed, but not delivered) – take needed action</li>
<li>Appointment Board – take note, take action</li>
<li>Meet with GM or DP – review inventory / wish list</li>
<li>Meet with other department heads – address any issues</li>
</ol>
