Sales Manager’s Daily Dozen

In 2010, Ed worked with the best Sales Managers in the country to re-vamp the Sales Manager’s Daily Dozen.
- Establish priorities and follow-up for the day
- Sales Meetings – group and individual as needed
- Product out - Inspect daily
- Meet with F & I manager – establish priorities
- Check for any new programs with OEM’s
- All used units ready for sale – schedule repairs if needed
- Pending deliveries or dealer trades – take action
- One-on-one lip loading with sales team – make sure they understand today’s message
- Turn Downs and Turned Us Down (Closed, but not delivered) – take needed action
- Appointment Board – take note, take action
- Meet with GM or DP – review inventory / wish list
- Meet with other department heads – address any issues
